Predictia holds all intellectual property rights over the content of this website. Accessing the website
does not grant users any rights over these intellectual property rights. Users may not use, reproduce,

purposes or claim full or partial authorship. Users must acknowledge Predictia Intelligent Data

PRIVACY POLICY
In accordance with Organic Law 15/1999, dated December 13, on Personal Data Protection, users are
informed that the data provided through forms on the website will be included in a file named "Clientes"
owned by Predictia. The purpose of this file is to respond to user inquiries and send advertising, with
explicit consent for receiving commercial communications electronically about the products and services
offered by the company. As stated in Article 5 of Organic Law 15/1999, users may exercise their rights
of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition by submitting a written request to the file owner

Why do we use them?

How can you exercise your rights?

- Exercise the right of rectification. In this regard, we remind you that the personal data we hold
must always be an accurate reflection of reality, so do not hesitate to exercise your right if any
data is modified, changed, or annulled. You guarantee that the personal data you have provided to us
